A Historical Analysis of Charles de Secondat, Baron de Montesquieus Influence on the Constitution of the United States of America
This paper will analyze Charles Montesquieu Spirit of Laws to help his influential ideas on the "three branches of government" found in the United States Constitution, and used by the Founding Fathers. By understanding the judicial branch in Montesquieu theory, we can realize this important addition that made America a trip artisan government in the early days of the Constitutional conventions.
