U.S. Immigration Law: Strengths and Weaknesses in the Issuance of E-2 and F-1 Visas.
This paper is an examination of U.S. immigration law, specifically concerning the loopholes in U.S. immigration law, dealing with the issuance of E-2 and F-1 visas. The paper takes a close look at the various routes taken by people from Southeast Asian countries to gain entrance to U.S. soil. The E-2 and F-1 visas are two of the more commonly used visas for this group to use in immigration. The strengths and weaknesses of U.S. immigration law regarding the issuance of E-2 and F-1 visas is discussed.
