This paper will focus on the workers rights in North and South Korea. This is issue will over the way that government, the businesses, and international terms make this a hard place for human rights. By realizing the magnitude of the workers plight in Korea, the age old question of rights arises in the desperate conditions that have been created by foreign investors, as well as the government, which is making them work in almost inhumane conditions in the scope of workers in the factory, or in the field. By analyzing all of these perspectives, we can see why this is a serious problem in the countries of north and South Korea, and why this is an issue that needs to be taken very seriously. 10 pgs, bibliography lists 7 sources.
