In today’s quickly changing world, as leaders of our corporation, and in fact all leaders of corporations, we are under increased ethical scrutiny from the public. “A Gallup Poll conducted last year found that an astonishing 90 percent of Americans said corporate leaders could not be trusted to look after their employees, and 43 percent said senior executives were in it only for themselves.” (Schramm) Because of this distrust due to the actions of others we are being exposed to the increased liability of sexual discrimination suits.
