Human Interaction and Organizational Behavior: An Analysis
This four-page undergraduate paper examines the influence of leadership on human interaction in organizations and reviews relevant journal literature. The author notes that
effective human interaction within an organization is vital to success and is largely a function of good leadership. Promoting positive and effective human interaction in an organization requires the recognition that it is a function of a variety of factors and is influenced by many variables. In response, organizational leaders must establish policies which take these elements into account and deal with them in an appropriate manner.
