This paper examines Web use in selected organizations and assesses the quality and effectiveness of various Websites. Initially, six Websites will be surveyed to provide an overview of the current situation. Subsequently, industry best practices for Websites will be identified. Finally, two high-end retailers' Websites, Marks and Spencer (www.marksandspencer.com.) and Nordstrom (www.Nordstrom.com.) will be examined. 10 pgs. Bibliography lists 13 sources.
