This paper will cover the two stories The Liar by Tobais Wolff, and The Lover of Horses by Tess Gallagher. By understanding the way that these stories compare and contrast, we can understand the language that is being created to reveal a universal truth. By analyzing these issues, the basis for their motives will be revealed.
