Civil Disobedience and the Use of Medicinal Marijuana: Addressing the Theories of Dworkin.
This paper provides a critical response to the positions of two fictitious citizens and how the findings of R v. Parker and similar laws such as Hitzig v. Canada affect these individuals, and their position within the dubious fallout after the ruling of R v. Parker. The use of discussion surrounding these fictitious individuals helps to define how and why civil disobedience should come into play and how it should affect the balance of questionable law.
