Diversity For Women in the Workplace, Government, and Military. This paper is an examination of the historical involvement of women in business, government, and the military in decision-making roles. It looks at each of these sections to demonstrate how stereotypes and continued gender-based expectations are getting in the way of women's careers in these areas.
