Nursing Shortages and Incentives: Addressing Problems in the Professional Nursing Industry
This paper provides the parameters for a hypothetical research study designed to address three key factors in the shortage of professional nurses in the medical profession. It should be noted that this study is inherently flawed from the outset, as most studies are designed to only prove the presence of one key factor in any set relationship. Because of this flaw, this study shall therefore be designed using the survey method, where professional nurses are required to fill out a survey regarding their professional lives and the problems that they find therein. 5 pgs.
