This paper will discuss self-motive and self-knowledge in the scope of the ever-moving delineation of solids in the philosophy of Cavendish. By understanding the book "Observations Upon Experimental Philosophy", we can see how matter takes on a changing basis, in the process that Margaret Cavendish explains in this book from the seventeenth century.
