An Analysis of the Greater Good in the Philosophy of Aristotle
This paper will seek to understand how Aristotle deems the greater good in human activity in his views on the Soul. Although he clearly shows an argument that appears logical for the greater good in society, we can see that he cannot clearly substantiate "good or bad" in the relativity of time. As "truth" can be changed over time, so can Aristotle's view of the greater good could never be an ultimatum for greater or lesser human activity over the passage of time.
