Mexifornia, Drowning the Dream, & Paradise Lost: A New Image of California
This paper briefly examines and compares the arguments of three books recently published that each analyzes the current state of the state of California. The paper selects and argues for or against the persuasiveness of a single chapter from each text, along the way emphasizing the importance of the argument that is made. Finally, all three arguments are examined congruently to determine and illustrate similarities
