Conclusion:
This paper examined the post Sadam’s Iraq in an effort to put things in its proper perspective. It argued that the first stage would be to rebuild the totally destroyed infrastructure, so as to reduce the sufferings of the ordinary Iraqis, who may become radicalized and join the Iraqi resistant movement. Once this initial goal is accomplished, it is the time to focus on forming a new politically inclusive political order in the country, efforts must be made by the ruling U.S. administration in Iraq to remain or be perceived as neutral. The third stage will be a total transfer of Iraqi governing obligations to the inclusive Iraqi government of national unity. It is the duty of such government to guarantee that the much fought for peace is maintained, and the role of U.S. and its allies
