Cognitive Behavior Therapy Helps In The Reduction Of Anxiety Disorders.
The present study will be exploring the phenomena that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps in the reduction of Anxiety Disorders. The purpose of the study will be to measure if there is a significant difference in the treatment of anxiety disorders with that of Cognitive behavioral Therapy. The research design for the study will be consisting of three sets of Anxiety questionnaires dealing with the symptoms of anxiety. These questionnaires will be distributed in three different colleges of San Antonio, Texas. The sample will fill in the questionnaires and after that the means, the percentages and the reliabilities of the questionnaires will be measured. After that, the top 50 sample will be chosen for therapy and the results will be calculated. The findings of the study will have implications for intervention strategies. 40 pgs.
