This paper discusses how stress lowers self-esteem in both adolescences and adults. Two types of stress are positive and negative, but most people refer to negative stress. Research shows that occupational stress is a major factor in the United States in most workplaces. A recent survey showed that forty percent of workers admit their job is stressful.
