Racism in the Workforce: Three Specific Psychological States.
This paper investigates three of the sociological manifestations of racism within the modern work environment in order to demonstrate how and why racism can become a problem for the workers on both a conscious and an unconscious level. Through addressing these issues, it can be seen that a greater awareness of potential contributing hazards persists despite government and workplace interventions in the attempts to curb or eliminate such problems.
